CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Our classes are planned for a limited number of students (max.12). For this reason we regret that fees are not refundable once a course has started and that no partial refund can be granted for classes not attended. The Institut français cannot accept any responsibility for unforeseen changes in students’ circumstances that may prevent attendance.
Any change of course or timing requested by students is subject to availability.
Fees will be refunded if a course is cancelled or closed due to an insufficient number of students, or for any other reason beyond our control.
If sponsored by your employer please inform us at the time of enrolment that your company will be responsible for the payment of fees.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing with your original receipt, at least one week before the beginning of the course. If you enrol less than a week before the beginning of a course, we will not be able to make any refund.
Please note: Fees are exclusive of books - you can find books at Den Franske Bogcafé.
We regret that we cannot accept payment of fees by instalment.
HOLIDAYS
There is no pause during the intensive courses.
The seven week courses last in fact 8 weeks, the additional week is here to compensate for:
- Public holidays during the courses’ period
- The late start of a course (in some particular cases)
- The non-attendance of a teacher (illness for example)
A course running from 7 to 14 weeks can take place without any pause. It is the teacher who plans a possible break. Ask your teacher for more information.
NB: holidays are not inevitably the same as school holidays
The right is reserved to refuse admission.
