Communications intern with strong digital skills

We are looking for two interns (starting respectively on 1 June and 1 September), the first will be mainly in charge of promoting France as a country of study, the second will have contact with all of the Institute's fields of action.

English-speaking (and knowledge of French - but not a must) communications intern with strong digital skills.
At the Institut français du Danemark, Campus France guides, prepares and accompanies students who want to study in France. We are looking for a communications intern with strong digital skills as soon as possible (start 1 June 2022 at the latest) who, as part of a small team, would like to take on our many communications tasks. Our new intern will be in charge of promoting studies in France to students in Denmark.
About the Institute:
We promote French language, culture and science in Denmark. We do this through French-Danish projects, events and networking activities as well as our language school, which offers French courses at all levels. We have an informal atmosphere and value good humor.
Can you see yourself:
... writing and editing texts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter?
... create communication materials such as graphics, photos, video and podcasts?
... contribute to the development of the Institute's communication strategy?
... work in a French-Danish workplace in an intercultural environment?
... and help us with various tasks when we are particularly busy?
Then we would love to hear from you.

About you

We would like you to:
Are enrolled in higher education, for example in communication, intercultural studies or similar
Have a good command of English so that you can communicate with non-English-speaking colleagues (knowledge of French is an advantage, but not a must)
You may have practical experience with multimedia tools and video/image editing such as Indesign and Photoshop, as well as knowledge of Youtube studio, Soundcloud and Spotify
Is independent, creative, enterprising and flexible

What to expect from your internship

An internship at Institut français gives you the opportunity to become an integral part of the Institute's work and development. You will be part of a dynamic environment where you will be given responsibility and influence, and you will quickly be given your own tasks. Through your internship, you will gain a good knowledge of international study promotion, communication work and event planning. The working languages are French, Danish and English - so if you dream of testing your skills in an intercultural environment and/or improving your French, an internship at the Institut français is an ideal opportunity.
The internship period will run from May to July - initially full-time (flexible with start and end dates). The exact period of time will be determined by agreement and we are flexible according to your studies and the amount of hours. The internship is unpaid.
