Fête de la musique in Copenhagen
Come and celebrate the longest day of the year and the music festival! Friday 21 June at the Lycée Prins Henrik (Rolighedsvej 39) and the Metronomen (Godthåbsvej 33) in Frederiksberg, with 5 concerts mainly in French, but also in English, Danish and Norwegian, organised by the associations ‘L'Alliance française de Copenhague’ and ‘Les chansons françaises au Danemark’.
Concert at the Lycée français Prins Henrik :
- 17:00/18:00: Una Skott og band (mix of French indie pop and Afro-beats)
Registration is recommended for the Una Skott concert at the Lycée français Prins Henrik.
Concerts at Metronomen :
- 7.00pm/7.30pm: Bodil Ashkenazy (Folk singer/viser/songwriter in several languages)
- 7.40pm/8.10pm: Nakat (French romantic pop singer)
- 8.20pm/20.50pm: Frederic G-K (French poetic ballad/folk songwriter)
- 9pm/22.30pm: Minitel (French rock band covering hits from the 80s and 90s)
You don't need to book at Metronomen, but come in early if you want to be sure to have a spot.
