If you were to look at it from a different perspective, what else would you see
On April 10th, our exhibition ‘If you were to look at it from a different perspective, what else would you see?’ will be inaugurated in the presence of the French Ambassador to Denmark.
The exhibition is a collaboration between painter Lucie Gauthiot and visual artists Chloé Macary-Carney and Léticia Chanliau, founders of the Woman Cave Collective.
The exhibition will be open to the public every weekday until July 11th.
Lucie Gauthiot is an artist who blends painting with social sciences and spatial design. Her work explores how our sensory environments influence our thoughts and emotions, ultimately affecting our actions.
The Woman Cave Collective is an art and design studio focused on the ideas of inclusivity in art. They also emphasize the importance of re-evaluating craft practices and DIY methods, working in a cross-disciplinary and supportive spirit while promoting the use of recycled materials.
The exhibition ‘If you were to look at it from a different perspective, what else would you see?’ questions the way in which our sensory environments shape our thoughts, emotions and social identities. The exhibition is designed to be a sensory immersion, putting the observer at the center of the experience.
