Lars Møller
Lars Møller is an independent photojournalist, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. With over 25 years of professional photography, he has covered some of the world’s most prestigious sporting events, including 14 Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as numerous World and European Championships.
A Danish School of Journalism graduate, Lars Møller began his career photographing news and sports for the Danish BT and Berlingske Media before establishing his freelance business in 2007. His portfolio includes corporate, news, editorial, and sports photography, focusing on capturing action, emotion, and storytelling through photography.
Lars's work has earned international recognition, including multiple awards in the prestigious Årets Pressefoto, World Press Photo and World Sports Photography Award as well as recognition as Sports Journalist of the Year by the Danish Sports Journalists’ Association. He shares his expertise as a teacher and lecturer, with his work showcased in exhibitions and publications worldwide.
In this exhibition, Lars presents a compelling chronicle of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, capturing defining moments of triumphs, struggles, and the raw emotions of the world’s greatest athletes in the most beautiful venues of Paris 2024.
