The band consists of front figure Neige and drummer Winterhalter. They have recently released their new album, "Les Chants de l'Aurore", that follows their critically acclaimed album from 2019, "Spiritual Instinct". Neige expresses his thoughts on the finalisation of the album:
"I just finished writing the music of our next album. It took me a while but I am happy and it’s gonna be a really emotional one I think. Now ready to play these new songs with Winterhalter and start working together on pre-productions."
Since 2005, Alcest has impressed both fans and critics with their unique blend of big, sonic arrangements with cutting guitars, raging blast beats and grandiose melodies.
