On Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., author Giuliano da Empoli will speak at the Royal Library with journalist Rune Lykkeberg (Information) about his new novel, The Founder, published in France by Gallimard and in Denmark by JP/Politikens Forlag. Having first come to prominence in 2019 with his essay “The Engineers of Chaos,” and then widely acclaimed by critics in 2022 for his novel “The Kremlin Mage,” Giuliano da Empoli is a central figure in intellectual debates in France and Europe.
